Description
I loved the dramatic effect the ballerina at the base of the stairs had. The stairs are in Pasadena City Hall which was completed in 1927. The building serves as the central location for city government in the City of Pasadena, California and is a significant architectural example of the City Beautiful movement of the 1920s.
